Third offer coming soon. I was about to make the same comment that Canbam made below. Bain was playing silly buggers to suck it up for a song (understandable) but CC spoiled their game. Bain still keeping much of their powder dry regardless of a previous comment somewhere since this started. The quarterly from IFL today shows that Bain knew their first offer wasn't serious enough to get over the line. This is why I think a third offer is coming and why IFL would have had to open their books and declare non-public information. Not sure that it will go too far over $5 but nice if it does.
