Summary from what I can ascertain:

1. QLD/ NSW border date goes from 15th October to 1st November. This is a moot point, because the QLD government have already made clear they WILL NOT re-open the border until 28 days of no community infection in NSW and there were 3 cases yesterday and another 8 today (means the 28 day clock re-starts).

2. Victorian travel restrictions to be lifted - date moves from 31st October to 15th November. Surely nobody thinks QLD will be open to Victorians by then, so effectively a moot point also.

3. All other deadlines move from "2 days before" to "11 days before" the proxy cut-off date - I checked in the Implementation Deed and the Proxy cut-off date doesn't seem to be defined anywhere??

4. Election date (deadline for shareholders deciding) goes from "3 days before" to "7 days before" the Scheme Meeting - which is when exactly?

SURELY there needs to be a simple "key dates" document produced for shareholders. Mittleman is right, this whole charade is exceptionally and deliberately complicated.
