    The issue I see is if he continues to do whatever he can to disrupt. Not sure if he is trying to maximize his financials or just wants to watch the world burn because his ego was bruised? Either way the best thing that can happen is a decisive rejection of the proposed changes so that he stops using that attack mode. If he does want to watch the world burn, then he will invariably move onto another attack mode (i.e. legal).

    Key for me is that the company smacks down any of the attacks whilst perusing costs and reciprocal actions. If all they do is bat away his claims he will keep going, as they don't cost much to lodge. When he starts burning cash to defend reciprocal actions is where I think he will get into trouble and possibly go focus elsewhere.

    Absolute necessity is that they insulate this rubbish from the operational side of the business and take the punches whilst the rest of the organization builds a mine with finance.
