If gold went up by a few hundred bucks per ounce over the last few weeks, shouldn’t our in ground value also goes up by a few hundred bucks?
Assuming labour cost is similar or goes up in line with inflation but energy cost is down? Of course hypothetical only as we are not a developer yet, but the value of our in ground gold should be up significantly.
