There are more moves than a bucket of worms when considering your options, sell something else & use the money to convert them, sell them & many other things you can do but probably wouldn't think of. If the shares & options are doing well approaching the last year one thing may fit the bill if the maths make it possible would be to sell a third & use the money to convert the remaining two thirds, this removes a lot of stress as it is often the case that options can often be hard to quit in the last year even when they seem to be doing so well.
