The 4ds Cells in 2016 were 40nm cells are not an array, Imec only has a 60nm array it doesn’t go any smaller how hard is that to understand .
if you want to test in Imecs array it needs to be at 60..
WBT has chips at 28nm … they don’t have that in a production fabrication chip or array they have demonstrated their cells scale to those geometries on an integrated circuit . In an industry fabricated product they have a 130 nm on skywaters platform not because they don’t have smaller cells because the industry standard platform is 130nm..
