ive been waiting a long time, my "impatience" is mostly bought about by the fact im a New Zealander, and a bunch of absolutely disgusting shills are about to get in power, and intentionally set fire to our housing market even tho its already outrageously out of step with incomes.
I've been waiting as long as most of the LTH here, and to be this close, it feels like sand slipping thru my fingers hahaha.
