etc etc. Parties keen can come up with many different condition. It is all about how ground breaking this is and what the buyer sees as its $$ potential or him. If you got one good thing, world is your oyster.
I think 4DS is quite close to it. Though I am not a tech guy by any means, I get the feel by understanding much of it. But market muppets still trying its best to play the retail as some kind of knuckle heads. Just going around like washing machine, making it worse for themselves.
Show the retail the $$. Retail may not win every day. When they show patience and years of wisdom got by shear ware out, they will get it back what they might have given away for 10's of years. That is what is exactly going to happen here.
