    everyones talking about how secretive these semiconductor companies are. i don't see them broadcasting their moves to their competitiors by lobbing an offer conditional on months of testing. imo interested parties will enter NDAs, get their hands on an array and do their own testing. if they like what they see after validating the tech they will submit an offer.
