There will be one eventually, for something this big $10m is not nearly enough. As I've said though, any cap raised will be to pursue high growth (not merely to fund large salaries or keep the company afloat). Highly accretive so it's something to get excited about as it'll signal the next chapter and will most likely be met by lots of enthusiasm by the market
Cap raises are only bad when it's by a dud to keep the company afloat. if it's used for pursuing rapid and high growth, they're fantastic!
