Interesting times.
I've never known that write speed could exceed read speed. possible but unlikely.
The PCMO wafer result (2021)was an order of Magnitude greater than Dram, and DR Wilfred confirmed it was the latest dram specs when asked during an interactive question time.
The objective was to not release metrics, but the genuine buyers would be informed.
The appetiser was released last month, as proof, and this month we have gone back to secrets.
My take is the read and write speeds are the same.
The game changer is now retention, and it is being withheld on purpose.

This is better than anyone expected, including Imec.
