normally you get a statement from a competent person along with assay results. 4DS SP would go along way if a 3rd party was endorsing the results.
currently 4DS is the only one to test the speed and endurance. Once 4DS finishes their testing they will hopefully send some wafers back to IMEC for third party testing. Maybe this will happen in October.
