I understand enthusiasm but where does it say that 4DS memory is fully qualified???

We have a megabit array from IMEC with v good initial results, but we have not been run through fabs where each will have its own tooling and PDK"s

Retention is still a key issue and we have been given no details of what the trade off is between retention and speed
What if the speeds given only give say an hours retention??

Endurance is fine But how many billions or for that matter millions do no need

We still don't know what the trade off's are

I still can't find anywhere where actual production costs are given
