OK,I am genuinely confused...... bordering on concerned ..... I just don't get it. Why is the SP not going through the roof? How much more de-risking does it take to encourage even the most conservative tech savvy speculators and investors to pile in? What other metrics are critical for that investment decision to be made?

There has been ample time for news of this breakthrough to hit the markets all over the world. By now I expected the US tech aware investors to be all over this. Clearly It is not just the ASX that is asleep ........

Any ideas ? ..... I've got nothin.
