The wording like 'average' in certain lines is either extremely poor english and incompetent or intentional to keep this from running wild. I'm no doubt generally loco and sceptical about everything these days but I'm convinced they keeping this one on the d-low for their mates to continue to accumulate then when ready release more concrete dates. I'm definitely accumulating so not complaining.
