the completions by others raises the value of our acreage, as they demonstrate the well flow characteristics.

whereby our undeveloped acreage, the wells we have not drilled but could,  get assigned undeveloped reserves.

ie, drill one well, and get the reserve allocation for 6-14 others on our acreage.

if oil rises by $8, we double our margins. ?

given that majors are developing the surrounding acreage - its only a matter of time.

its like buying into a 1970's 3 bedroom house, cheapest dog in the street, while the rest of the street is redeveloped into million dollar housing.
