It'd be interesting to know why, the new Total Tools store in my city looks very flash, there's not a spec of dust on the product or shop floor. Some retail website suggested he was making it a 'JB Hifi for tradies' but I'm yet to see if that's actually bad? I've been to hardware stores where the dust is visible on the product and folks - it's not great and absolutely reduces the impulse/want to buy anything.
