There goes the 5 days cleanse exemption for issue and trading of new shares.
Brokers should be rolling heads at GNM now that any new issue of shares over the next 12 mths will need to be cleanse with prospectus.
Won't be easy to do simple placements or quick capital raise to keep this afloat..
