There was talk of tax concessions for any value add steps undertaken at Walvis Bay. I presume flotation and leaching will happen on site at Opuwo. I would have thought SX-EW would also likely happen at Opuwo. If some steps are appropriate to be undertaken at Walvis Bay, which ones are they and what is the form of the material being trucked between?
