The bit I like the best is "potentially reduce the cut off mining grades". If B.B. can pull that off, he will have increased the size of the resource and it's also an indication that he doesn't just expect that it will be profitable to mine at the current cut off grade but that the process will actually be cheap enough to still be viable at a lower grade. Think about that for a little bit.
