My rule is to ignore adjectives such as low, insubstantial or on the other hand high, significant or terrific and stick to the numbers, do the maths and make up my own mind whether the numbers check out or not. There are plenty of posts which do the numbers in these threads that you can look at to get an idea, but in the end we all need to do our own checks and research. I like the forum to get ideas and information, but I always check the information before using it to make decisions.
