No bank is going to give money to a new method pending patent , the patent could get challenged, either way I see this taking at least 12months plus for patent, once it’s proved .

I hope there not trying to reinvent the wheel, to make this mine profitable,
We were all cheering on the convention method , saying it’s risk free , well I see the flip side happening here

IMO The whole patent discussion is a non issue. as multiple people have commented, the processes that they are trying to optimise aren't new just the parameters that go into them.

taking time to get these right isnt adding risk to the project but decreasing it.
