I am not sure banks will want to finance on that IRR but if none of these projects get up there is no Cobalt so it might be up to end users to enter the fray to fill the funding gap."

Investors expectations will now have been lowered, so if CLA comes up with say a 25% IRR (not great but better than our competitors) that may be well received. Had the SS been released as originally planned with a 25% IRR our share price could also have been belted.
We know the cobalt will be desperately needed, so any half decent project should be supported.

Just need to ride out the current sentiment.
