I agree, if a lot of the new potential mines aren't presently economical and don't get up, the cobalt price will simply rise to bring them on, until new supply meets demand IMO.
The way I see the COB PFS, if it's viable with near half of CLA's Co.eq grades, we should look very attractive when the time comes.
I think those in the know understand this and are happy to shake out and soak up what they can while they can. CLA should see near twice the product per tonne to COB in my book which should do wonders for the IRR.
Higher grades.
Huge tonnage and LOM.
Cheaper labour costs.
Value added to finished product with less tax.
So many points where we will out perform the COB PFS in my mind.
This will be why we have the accumulators smashing it down now with the perfect cover of lower cobalt prices, delayed SS and not so good reports from peers IMO.
We will have a far better story with what is already known so I am and will be buying more.
Everything going on around us makes our fundamentals even better here IMO.
