I agree, in general it been pretty tough for speculative mining companies in past 18 months. Here they rasied at point 4 of cent $500k wont last long shares touching point 2 of cent. I think board is trying to look for parnter before see any further development. Military spending around world increasing countries will need to source Gallium and Germanium out side china.
