interestingly ASX is a listed company itself so I'm not sure of their reactions if someone/Gov/ASIC or else asked them for an update of an update of an announcement. I assume their lawyers approved the first AHI announcement re Nexus so what the ?.
Maybe it feels bad seeing others heading to the NASADQ but they have no chance, I'm not sure actually if they can/not list in NASDAQ, not my area anyway
