As a shareholder, I was able to see their operations in Murray Bridge and Jervois. I was very impressed, especially with the Jervois Mozzarella plant which may be the best in the Southern Hemisphere. I understand that the delay in delivery of the Mozzarella plant from Italy caused the dip in projected income. With the highly efficient Mozzarella plant BFC should be on very solid grounding. Some of the the prime cheeses such as Gruyere should be entering the market soon. We should also be aware that BFC has been awarded some of the highest awards for their cheeses. I believe by creating high quality products BCF will achieve its real va soon.
