i believe that the company has done the right thing by the announcement. And there is nothing surprising given that such deals sometime may not progress well into a sale. And it is still not a dead opportunity.

As long as this company can find smaller deals and achieve a cashflow break even in a year or two, i have no problem with some deals not getting thru. We should always look at the bigger picture. Revenue generating company with small Market Cap, potential to grow.

My concern is more about Annual Recurring Revenue. Does the company has ARR portion in any of the done deals? If so, how much is the current ARR?
