It does sound like ENUSA are just being difficult.
Hopefully a face to face meeting and with a bit of local legal support on BKY's sides, difficulties will be overcome.
You would expect that Spanish authorities would want to follow up with every industrial project they can in order to get employment and economic growth in their struggling economy.
I will be topping up and will now own BKY shares in two different countries.
