According to the Prospectus, IXR shareholders as at 11 May (estimated) will receive shares in Graphex once it lists (the in-specie distribution).
Graphex is going to be very popular, and in my opinion will perform well in the IPO. Seeing that the general offer for Graphex shares will be closing almost immediately after it opens (since the offer is already over-subscribed), the only way to get more Graphex shares is now by buying IXR (unless you wait until listing, at which time you could be paying a huge premium). All of this could have a very positive effect on the shareprice between now and 11 May. Will watch with interest.
