The fees keep coming, the intrest keeps rising, the everyday operational bills keep arriving,the pressure keeps mounting, squeezing like a huge boa constrictor and at a guess I'd be surprised if the larger instituional investors and creditors arent lining up for recompense or some type of board room retribution. They cant be happy.

* In the case of an entity whose securities have been suspended from quotation continuously for six months or
more on 31 May, the annual listing fee payable is $25,000. ( ASX fee schedule)

And they didn’t get their response out today as they informed the market they would.
