I suspect MRI has very few options available to it other than negotiate an outcome with this company. iGoDirect knows the loyalty and customer engagement business pretty well, so a good outcome for MRI shareholders is if this company uses its debt to take over, replace management, and run the business properly. There will be some tricky corps act issues to navigate, let's hope they can do that and save the company. Current MRI management staff are a joke and can't deliver.
