1) looking for some guidance here not sure if i am with it all is there some leeway given now
Can these 23 addition matters still be addressed within the completion of assessment period for ministers decision.
2) can the poppies execution date be extended
The Direction requires TNG to provide additional information on 23 matters based on submissions from the
NT Government agencies and the Environment Centre NT.
• Guidelines supporting the new EP Act are still being developed by the NT Government and have been
retrospectively applied by the NT EPA subsequent to the EIS Supplement in January 2021 (including revised
Ambient Air National Environment Protection Measure issued in April 2021).
