Is it legal to introduce 23 new matters? After tens of millions of shareholder dollars have already been wasted addressing the original concerns?

If Malaysia is up and ready to go (hopefully the board has progressed this as a back up) THEN DO IT!

All trust in NT Gov has evaporated. If they can raise new items it will never end. Item 1.1 as mentioned above is alarming. It's harsh but it all falls on the board in my opinion. Surely they cant be considering another year of BS studies when the precedent is now set that NT can raise brand new matters.

If the FEED is nearly done and Malaysia is ready DO IT.
