Almost reads like the NT government and I suspect more likely the Environmental Centre have kept stuff back from the original draft and supplement knowing they can bring it up now and delay for another year. And then what happens when they get this sorted. Will they find more things to cause delay for yet another year?
Agree that a lot of this work could probably be used to support building elsewhere, but where? Not sure about Malaysia.
