1) if the Board and MD had been "working closely" with the NT EPA there is no way there would be this many "unexpected" whatevers in the announcement. A phone call once a month to ask how it's going is not working closely, having people on the ground full time in Darwin holding community meetings, workshops about TIVAN and its benefits and constantly meeting with government departments is. A retrospective meeting between JE, PB and the NT gov definitely isn't.

2) If there is still a plan B - either Malaysia or a site in SA (Port Augusta, Port Pirie etc) we need to hear about it.

3) The comment about "further seasonally dependent Biological Surveys" means at least 12 months of data collection to cover all seasons and then if there is a particularly wet or particularly dry "wet season" add yet another 12 months.

4) Re SMS - surely they want to get TIVAN up and running somewhere to prove it works and their technology and know how can built multiple TIVAN processing facilities globally - maybe they are the ones who need to drive change at the top?

5) We can't keep giving the same people another go at this - doing it wrong/badly once is a mistake, doing it wrong/badly over and over again is a habit - but a very well paid habit.

6) PB's new board position reeks of knowing this was coming and a Plan B for him personally.
