What a steaming pile this is.

TNG board needs to have an urgent meeting with them. They can't just swallow this and start working towards all these new hurdles/hoops?

The agenda of the meeting is relatively simple...

Do you want us here? Do you want our business? The demands suggest we should pack our bags and move to Malaysia, which should do immediately if the outcome of the meeting goes that way. This reeks of an entity that doesnt want us there anymore. If we tick these boxes there'll be more boxes, till TNG ceases to exist or we move.

It's incredibly poor form to not include these requests in the earlier draft review. You can't shift the goal posts. It's unprofessional at best and unethical at worst.

If the original set of demands have been met by TNG then we should be granted conditional approval with the rest of the relevant or applicable requests to be completed and supplied in due course during the planning stages of the project.

Flame management all you want but I don't think this is their fault at all.
