Here is a suggestion, SMS Group has a joint venture arrangement with another Australian mineral/technology company who are deploying a project in Germany and possibly another one in North America.

I am sure that SMS Group would have had the controlling hand when it came to choosing where the first project was to be deployed.

SMS Group are a world class metallurgy company and they like TIVAN, I don’t think they would want to walk away from it as the potential is enormous.

They would be well aware of which countries offer the most support.

Why not let them provide guidance to TNG as to whether it is worth persevering with the Northern Territory for a refinery (they probably will anyway)?

Ideally, NT would have been the best place but there are too many barriers being put in TNG’s way.

SMS Group have the resources to build anywhere. I am thinking Australia might not be one of their favoured destinations after this experience.
