They're probably just waiting for the R&D TAX refund which should just about to match the current cash at hand ($2m?).
Today marks four weeks since the 29th of July, when the delay was announced,
"... Patrys’ current understanding is that specification testing will be completed in the
next 4 weeks. The Company will advise if there are any further amendments or developments in
relation to this revised timeline...."
There was a misunderstanding ....apparently
