Your's is a classic example of what is happening to so many industries in Australia. Other countries DO THINGS when they have such important products. Red tape, bureaucracy gone feral. On an extremely lesser note, there are hundreds of years of natural gas in Queensland alone that has been discovered but lies in waste due to the small companies that have discovered them being unable to develop and produce from them. Yet, the big companies can and do. What if the CSL had Patry's product? Everything that you have listed above would probably have already been completed!!! Santiago syndrome!!!
