Is the market worried about class actions?.
IMO I would have thought it would be to reval a company that has sold 3 RTOs, closed 2 more and made over 50 courses redundant to focus more on its core courses.
It'll take 6 months to a year for the market to realise what a fair SP should be once the rebranding has taken place and the market sees how many students are in next years in take.

Still a gamble, but you've followed this one management has come good on their commitments thus far.
