That's agreeable with me.....I have a large portfolio holding in NZME. It's a great business, undervalued i think where the traditional media (with serious free cash generation & low multiple sans growth) mask a few high growth business units that would inevitably trade at high multiples if they were spun out. That said, I wonder if 'growth' is a spiel as you say & is management juicing up the corporate interest that has been publicized. It'll all come out in time i guess. One way or another unless they do something really stupid, most options look healthy for realising value in the business. Fingers crossed!
