And that's the fear I've articulated in a number of past posts when they won't commit to returning excess capital to shareholders. They could be buying back arguably discounted equity at under 20c a share or alternatively wait until they're swimming in cash at years end and then institute capital management when the share price is much higher? Doesn't make sense to me, maybe one of you guys can awaken me to what I'm missing. At the least they could announce their intent to do so & that in itself could be a catalyst to a more realistic market cap, then hopefully release news as to a successful property sale. Sequential positive news flow could telegraph a message as to value the market chooses to ignore.
I know there's progress on the quiet. Beating the drum a little couldn't hurt either......
