This is merely a newspaper article commenting upon the Administrator's report. In respect of the $66.1 mil to $111.6 mil, was it the case that the $111.6 mil was the maximum amount available to be drawn, but had only been drawn to $66.1 mil? Otherwise, to me it shows the projected trajectory of BNPL businesses.
