There is a lot of valuable intellectual property - branding, marketing materials, contact lists, systems, IT which could be used to advantage, but I am more likely to swing toward the former - they've taken the medicine just so that they can get some more money back then if they walked away.

Thanks for your reply yes interesting i think if it wasn't viable, they would have just thrown in the towel but to keep it open and operating the numbers must be somewhat positive!
