Is this just rightmove management worried about losing their jobs? Or do they seriously believe it undervalues the company so substantially that they refuse to engage?
I have no opinion on the whole takeover and don't really care if it falls over. However I would be disappointed if I was a rightmove shareholder, management refuse to engage, the deal falls over and the share price promptly drops back to where it was.
