I can't see how any one could mistake this for a pump. It's just an update.
One additional wholesale customer 80 --> 81 is how I read it. Orange (Business) is huge around the world (Hutchison Telecom, French Telecom (mob.),....), (I've been a mobile customer of theirs years ago in UK and The Netherlands), but they have little or no presence in Australia. If Orange Business are seriously looking to enter Australia, a whole different ball game.
Makes sense the SP is around where it was before the announcement. The shares out of escrow have driven it lower (but anyone following VN8 knew when shares are scheduled to come out of escrow)
I can't see how any one could mistake this for a pump. It's just...
