And I doubt any of those shares that just come out of escrow will come onto the market as they are owned by a Director and the bad news about being a Director it is really hard for you to sell shares as you have to inform the market if you change any of your holdings. As a Director you really want to get the share price up and your company bought out if you want to exit. Otherwise you can just be resign from your Directorship and then you can sell your shares with no restrictions.
And I doubt any of those shares that just come out of escrow...
