As part of the Company’s continuous review of Board skills and composition, the board has determined that skills and experience gained in a range of senior leadership roles (including nhigh-profile wellness and nutritional products) - in addition to Non Excutive experience at a range of ASX listed companies, are no longer the skills and experience required by the board of the Hydration Company.

Further, we have taken action to acquire the skills and experience that are more appropriate to that of a well established distributor of a single range of 'wellness' product - those of a banker. The board is pleased to welcome their new colleague and his wealth of first-hand industry expertise he will bring to HPC, representing the interests of all shareholders.
