When the prepayment agreement was being negotiated, prices were less insane than they are now. Even two weeks ago, nobody would have imagined today's prices.
TER should pay off the entire bond first, because the interest rate is higher. Then the $60m prepayment is worth paying off asap also while prices are still insane.
